Employment

Adventist Care understands that flexibility can be important to employees so it offers both part time and full time options. Employment opportunities often exist in the whole range of activities including administration, nursing, caring, therapy, laundry, gardening and maintenance. As a not-for-profit organisation providing care to the aged and intellectually disabled, Adventist Care seeks to employ people who enjoy working with people who are in need and who are passionate about improving the quality of life in others.

Adventist Care is an equal opportunity employer. We offer competitive salaries based on the relevant awards. If you are interested in working on the team at Adventist Care we would love to hear from you.

Volunteering

Volunteers are wonderful people who are greatly appreciated by Adventist Care. Being a people-centred service, there are always opportunities to enhance the lifestyle of residents, particularly those who are frail and find it difficult to do the things they once enjoyed.

The safety of all residents is a priority of Adventist Care and all volunteers are screened as a course of duty of care. Everyone serving in aged care, including volunteers, is required to hold a current National Police Check certificate.
